Pajić Winery was founded on a land that knows the vine. In our land, the vine has transformed both the fertility and the stinginess of the land and the history and character of the people who live with the land and from the land - into wine, which tells a story, symbolic, always new and luxurious, like our sunset.. 
 
The story of our wine begins in 2013 in the village of Bukvik. That year, the Pajić family planted the first 1.5 hectares of vineyards with the following varieties: Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot and Chardonnay.
 
When the first 5,000 bottles of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc were bottled in 2017, we officially found ourselves on the wine map.
The Pajic family, on the land that our ancestors preserved for us, is creating a new history with wine, starting its own tradition, for fathers to pass on to their sons, for wine to tell a new story about the land and people, about history and the future, about colorful sunsets, and the unique moments together with each new hour.
