Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine grape variety, originating from France. It is a very vigorous variety, so it is necessary to control this characteristic by planting density, choosing moderately fertile soils, using low-vigorous rootstocks and also appropriate pruning methods. Recommended as a variety for high-quality wines.
Our semi-sweet wine is best served in special glasses, which differ from regular wine glasses in that they are smaller and narrower, with various desserts. It is only important that the wine is sweeter than the dessert, otherwise it will be difficult to taste the wine.
