A white wine created by carefully selecting the highest quality Chardonnay grapes from our vineyards in strictly limited quantities. The wine is light green-yellow in color, with characteristic varietal aromas of tropical fruit, joined by aromas of coconut and vanilla obtained by aging in barrique barrels.
Chardonnay is a white wine grape variety, originating from France. It is successfully grown in all wine-growing areas, including ours. It gives the best results on permeable, moderately fertile soils. It is moderately resistant to diseases. It is resistant to low temperatures in winter. It is a very promising variety for quality and high-quality white wines.
Wines from barriques should be paired with grilled meats such as veal steaks, creamy dishes, pumpkin dishes. It goes ideally with lobster in cream sauce or turkey in brioche sauce.
