Chardonnay is a white wine grape variety, originating from France. It is successfully grown in all wine-growing areas, including ours. It gives the best results on permeable, moderately fertile soils. It is moderately resistant to diseases. It is resistant to low temperatures in winter. It is a very promising variety for quality and high-quality white wines.
In order to enjoy the beneficial effects of the bubbles for as long as possible, it is recommended that our sparkling wine be served in narrow, long glasses. It goes perfectly with fruit salad, cold desserts, but can also be served as an aperitif.
